GREG CHETTY
ABOUT
Greg is originally from Devon, his professional medical journey started 35 years ago during his time in the military as a specialist combat medic, encompassing advanced trauma life support, alongside the management of inoculation and vaccination clinics.
​
Greg left his career in the military during the late 90's, and used his vast range of medical knowledge to join the NHS as an Operating Department Practitioner, working across ten specialities including plastic and reconstructive surgery.
​
Greg then joined the cardio-thoracic anaesthetic department within Derriford hospital in Plymouth as a Senior Operating Department Practitioner, where he still works today, dealing with complex operating procedures including open heart surgery.
​
The forefront of Gregs medical career has and always will be the highest level of empathic care for his patients, especially when they are faced with major life threatening surgery, his natural calming presence, gentle humour and grounding reassurance helps them through these incredibly challenging times.
During the covid pandemic Greg was also approached to become the cardio-thoracic theatre manager, which he fulfilled successfully for 2 years.

Alongside his NHS career, Greg also qualified as a sports massage and remedial therapist, and as an Intrinsic Biomechanic Practitioner.
​
Greg was drawn to aesthetics because of the impact it can make for his clients, not only because of the tremendous visual results his clients receive, but the affect that has on their mental well being on a day to day basis.
Again, his calming, reassuring presence combined with his vast medical knowledge, advanced techniques and years of experience with injections provide his clients with a safe, trusted environment.
He carries over his integrity and work ethos from the NHS to his private practice, making his clients feel completely looked after, listened to and put at ease knowing they're receiving personalised treatments carried out to the highest level of care within the field of aesthetics.

GC Facial Aesthetics is run by Greg and his wife to be Sarah, who takes care of the business side of things, leaving Greg to do what he does best....making YOU feel your BEST!
